Hi - really looking forward to coming up and meeting everyone.

Will there be a meet and greet at the entrance as from memory there was a slight bit of confusion about where to go last year?

We are in the Northern Arena, so you turn right as you come down the main road.

It is car park 1 to the right of the Museum building

There should be some volunteers there waiting to direct into a nice neat line 🙂

Due to the popularity of the British Motor Museum, we have managed to find a slot for the second general club meet on Sunday the 2nd of July 2023 at 10am. The location of the event is ideally located at Gaydon, 2 mins off the M40 between London and Birmingham. This makes it easier access for many members to join us on our Annual event.

 

We are looking to gather at least 100 Alphards / Vellfires to join us on this great day and be part of the largest Alphard & Vellfire gathering. The British Motor Museum can hold up to 500 cars, so we have plenty of room. During the day we will have access to the Museum which is a really interesting car museum for the family, plus there is a cafe where you can purchase lunch or beverages and have access to facilities so you and the family will have plenty to see and do.
 

Attending the event is FREE to join us on the day. Entrance fee in to the museum for the club is just £10 per head (usually £16) and really recommend going in to the museum. Even if the day is wet we can still have a good get-together. So all should be a good day out and meet loads of other like-minded members.

How to Join this Event?

To join this event all you need to do is register your interest (see below) We will keep you up to date with what's happening.

Volunteers Needed

• 2x Camera / Video Person for taking pictures of the drive in and at the event and submit them to the club at the end of the event. Even phone camera will be fine.
• 2x Pitch Parking Guides (nice straight lines of Alphards)  (CBBrundall  Mike Owen)
• Meet and greet to welcome members.  (CBBrundall  Mike Owen)

 

If you would like to volunteer on the day to help organise a few parts of the event then please contact me. We will need a few members to help organise a few things which would be really helpful.

First time I've been to a meet,only having our Alphard Millie for a month. Is there any pre meet at any services pre running in to motor museum, I'm coming up from Wiltshire.  So choice of foss way or M40. If there's a pre meet at Warwick services North or South I'd like to join in. Thanks Pete B.

I am assuming this is going ahead on Sunday … haven’t received any “further information” despite signing up (twice, as my name hadn’t appeared after a couple of weeks, and I wondered if I’d done something wrong … so apologies for mucking up your figures as I now appear two times in your list!). Guess we just turn up!  We are coming down from Dundee, so look forward to meeting anyone else who is venturing down from Scotland.

I'm going to stop at the Southbound Services about 9.30.

If I remember correctly we all set off at about 10.00. So I'll either meet folk there or make it a convoy of a single van 😁

Me too! The convoy last year was great fun!

Are the good folks from Autojapspares going to be there this time?

 

I am after a pair of tie rod ends for the suspension on my 2007 Alphard (had trouble getting the right ones).

Spoke to them and as far as am aware no but lad who works there has alphard so he will be there 

I hope not to upset anyone but was thinking to bring along with me diagnostic tool  if someone will be interested . 

Hi Rojie it's a Alphard 2010.. we are driving from Newton Abbot way in Devon.. we had issues trying to save it as 2010 in profile 🙂

going to be a real bumper day, hopeully will have 120 registered members by the end of the day
