Enam Rahman
Hi everyone I have bought a new remote for my car but couldn't programme the key. Diagnostic tool shows 5 keys programmed but I only have 1 which is why I bought a spare. If I erase all keys how do I programme keys back to the car? What are the steps? Can someone help please. Thanks In advance

Enam Rahman
Thanks for that I'll look in to it. Do you know how many keys can be stored cos my car shows it has 5 programmed to it even though I've only been given 1 by the trader.
Enam Rahman
If i erase all the keys and try to add the existing key and a new spare what are the steps? Where is the receiver located in the car?
Chris.ac
Well, when deleting all keys, it should ask you to hold the fob you want to keep up to the start switch, the remaining stored keys get wiped. Then you can add new keys. What concerned me was the instructions I have only said it deleted everything. So I want to be sure before giving advice that may render you unable to start car at all.
