Hello everybody!

My name is Michael, love cars and live in The Netherlands.
I am currently in the process of locating and importing a 2009 Toyota Vellfire.

Will be posting updates and questions along the way as I will be trying to covert the van to a camper!

(first one in The Netherlands? :))

Hello Michael,

Welcome to the Forum.

I used to visit Rijswijk while working with Emerson Process. Small world !

I am not readily aware of any other Dutch members; so you may be the first.

Do you intend to import from Japan or the UK ?

Thank you!

Very small world!

Since we do go on holidays to the UK frequently joining this forum seems like a great way to exchange idea's and adventures.

There are a few Alphards/Vellfires in The Netherlands. Unfortunately we have not yet met any of the owners.

We are currently talking to a JDM importer and looking to buy in Japan. Due to Brexit importing from Japan is pretty much the same costs wise.

If we can fit a pop top which fits a bed measuring at least 43,5 x 71 inches we will be on the hunt for a purple 2009 Vellfire. 🙂
