Hi,

 

New Alphard owner (Alphard 2004, 2.4 camper)

 

For some reason the van has no wind deflectors on driver side front or rear door.

 

i have found a scrap yard that will sell me some (£40, is that ok price?)

 

the front door has some small brackets that look like I could attach a replacement to, but the rear door doesn’t

 

does anyone know if I can:

 

       - buy and fit these brackets

       - remove them in tact from the scrap vehicle along with the deflectors

I had a quick look on Aliexpress and found some for UKP 33.29. Downside is that they would take some time to arrive.

 

I’ve just realised this shouldn’t be in hybrid - can it be moved?

 

although it doesn’t matter as the windows are the same..

Hi, thanks for the reply- it’s the small brackets that I’m wondering about for attaching the deflectors.

 

those Ali-express are adhesive ones, I might end up doing that but just wanted to find out about the brackets first

Hopefully someone will be along who can help with real knowledge 🙂

I bought a set of the stick on ones as garage broke one of mine. Worked fine. Had to buy as a set of four but were very reasonable.
