LED rear light units

Good morning all, rumours of my demise were exaggerated…. 
I had the pleasure of going to check what bulbs I needed for my rear right indicator and rear left top brake lights… oh how I laughed when I discovered that they are sealed LED units and I need to replace both of them… I’ve been scouring the interweb and currently have someone in Japan trying to source for me. On the off chance, does anyone know if there is an easier way to get them? The ones currently on the van are aftermarket units. If it makes a difference, a couple of pics which may/ may not help! Thanks in advance, and yes, I know this is probably in the wrong place so I’m waiting to be told😂

So firstly, thank you all for the input 😂 

I resolved the issue and found full units which were brand new after market which done the trick. So if anyone else ever has this issue, there is a resolution!

I've got a similar problem, one of my rear LED lights on my 2010 Vellfire has stopped working. Does anyone know the best place to get a replacement? (Hopefully I'll get more replies than Oddcouple?)

Yes, ebay.

I got the opposite side to that a few months ago, due to water ingress in my case. round figures £90.00

It doesn't matter if it's a black one, the plastic pops out to swap over!

Do look VERY closely at the pictures, the first one I received had a ruddy hole in the back!!

Returned it OK, as I had mentioned in the messages why I wanted it.
