I have a 2010 Vellfire 20 series -  7 seater.  Its due an MOT and I noted the middle seat in the rear has no belt or lap belt.  Is this an MOT failure and if so where can I get one?

Am I missing something? for a 7-seater there would be no middle seat.

 

The seat belt for the middle rear seat should be stored over head in the head lining, the buckle should be tucked into the right hand rear seat
