Wiring connector any ideas?

Featured Replies

Hi all. Recently posted about my passenger side fuse box and noted two random wires connected to two fuses. I chased them to hidden dash cam that was fitted that didn’t work. Anyway whilst doing this I removed the trim piece that’s to the left of where you feet go and there’s various wires etc. However I noticed a wire with a connector that looks oem to me. But just not sure what it’s for.

I would assume that it's for feeding something optional that could have been fitted to the door - extra speakers, indicating mirror, heated mirror, door lights maybe? I would take a look at amayama.com, put in your vehicle details and see what you can find.

I guess you could also see if power goes to any of the connections when things get turned on and off, but that will take a long time, if it's getting power at all of course.
