Hi all ,

I need help with our 2004 Alphard

The 3rd row seats are both set in place though the tilt backrest on either side will Not Lock in place , both sides you can push and pull and hear it clicking but it will not engage and lock in place

If anyone has had this issue could you please help me to rectify this as it’s doing my head in lol

I would try sitting on one, move the whole seat back and forth a bit and lift and drop the levers, as both are doing it I suspect it will be something to do with location or something not clicking into place.

Can you take a photo of where the seat is located against side panel I think I know what your problem is
