English Alphard / Velfire Workshop Repair Manual - HERE!

Featured Replies

Hi All,

If you’ve been following my DIY projects, you’ll know the struggle. A while back I found a proper goldmine – a Russian site hosting the full 20 series repair workshop manual. Naturally the link died, I cleared my bookmarks and I thought it was gone for good. I’m about to have a go at replacing the steering wheel bushings. To be honest, most garages are just incompetent when it is comes to working on these cars properly because 'it's not on our system'. I’d much rather do it myself as I know it’ll be done right, plus I’ll save a decent wedge of cash for what is essentially an hour of labour.

The great news is I finally tracked down the English version on that same Russian site again. It is a bit of a hidden gem but the whole thing is there:

A bit of advice: don’t expect this link to stay live forever. Copy the content, save it as a PDF or whatever you need to do now. Once you have it, please share the love with anyone else looking for one.

Ok, so that took a lot longer than I thought.

I have ended up with 19.5Gb of files for the whole website which includes stuff for other models, though only the Alphard is complete so I think I will have to remove all the other pages as they are plain html with no index.html to give them context.

After I started I saw it was for a 20 series, which isn't mine. I tried looking around and I couldn't find a 2005 / 10 series manual.

But it works as a standalone website, which is nice.

I've only been able to find Japanese language for 10 series, and you have to remember this is early days of Toyota online manuals, but I did the same thing with that site to make a copy and you can use Google translate to make it useable.

Here is the 10 series site.

For 10 series website, once you navigate to the right page, delete the "_base" from the webpage, then you can right click and translate if you open in chrome
