2010 G L Drivers Door Trim Replacement?

Featured Replies

Hi guys

Just spent the last couple of hours googling for the drivers door window switch surrounding trim - I need a replacement for the current one as the switch cluster has dropped into the door.

There's one on ebay but it's black and I need the brown wood effect, and just the trim not the switch unit as that's still working.

Anyone know where I can get one or even just a part number would really help )

Yep, well quite probably anyway, Amayama!

Thanks BigNev, I found it!

For anyone else looking - https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/toyota-japan/alphard/ggh25w/80651/body/7451?frame_no=GGH25-8016035

The tabs on the trim securing the switch cluster to the trim break easily causing the switch cluster to drop into the door.

There are two separate parts to choose from - I think its just colour differences - black and brown, it's not clear which is which so I have messaged Amayama, will update with their response.

For anyone else looking the part number is 7423158120 - there is no colour choice it's model specific so just type in your cars

VIN/frame number and then select the trim level.

Cost is £51.45 including postage as of June 2026.

Nice one for coming back with the info, that will save the next person a lot of time. That failure is really common on the 20 series Alphard Vellfire the little plastic tabs on the bezel fatigue and the whole switch pack ends up dropping inside the door even though the switches still work fine.

Amayama is usually the safest bet because Toyota list that surround by spec rather than a simple colour choice, so entering your frame number and picking the correct trim level is the right way to avoid ending up with the black one. If you are fitting the new surround, worth checking the switch pack itself hasnt got any cracked mounting ears, and when you refit the door card make sure the harness isnt tugging on the switch pack as that seems to speed up the tab breakage. Let us know if the new trim sorted it properly and stayed put after a few days of use.

Cheers, Dave
