  1. pull the coin tray down and out. My switches used to keep pushing in so thats what i did to fix and clip back in. You should be able to stick your hand n the back and pull switches down

  5. sounds like a servo leak.. does it get immediately better when you rev the car?? if yes then I would imagine you may need to have a brake servo looked at or replaced with new or used unit. get it tested by a garage first
  6. I suspect you need a new MAF sensor This is a good place to start, not an expensive fix either. I had one on my 3 litre and was the one at the rear of the engine, i managed to get a garage to sort it within 5 mins by changing it over. If you had a leak i maybe suspect it would go in to limp mode. Have you had a error code reader on the car?
  7. yes its fine, if it was bad for the car then they would prevent you from pressing it or it just wouldnt engage, so its fine
  8. @Pew Never tried this brand I run a Bluetti, looks very similar... you will need to go for a beefy one though to run those items also, never let them go to zero for too long. Mine did and would not come back on, I had to give it a shock to get it to spring back to life. Lithium hate being at zero I keep mine at 60%-70% when storing, dont store for long periods at 100% If you use regular then you can. I charge a few things per week which keeps the battery active. So then i can keep it at 100% for shorter periods
  9. My friend changed mine. i helped him and it was pretty simple, there is lots of room around the alphard engine bay so I dont see what the issue is. In my local area, I find dealers that sell jap imported cars and ask them where they recommend locally. They will know everything, garages and part sources. I had to do the rear axle bush so used a garage recommended by the dealer, they were happy to oblige. Steer away from normal garages.
  10. I Still think its a blockage, very common. Only takes a big bit of debris to finally block the hole.
  11. bearings dont make grinding noises as such, only at the last minute they do. They will hum along for months and over time just get worse. Glide along lets say doing 30, windows closed and listen out for going around corners if it slightly louder. the extra weight on the bearing will make it louder. This would be the first place to look, doesn't mean it is the issue but any garage would first look at bearings if there is a rumble. Probably the easiest to fix as well.
  12. Hi Judy Thanks for your post. Does it get worse going around bends? for instance its louder when driving in electric around a left hand bend, but not as loud on a right hand bend? Could be wheel hub bearing if it is It sounds like a bearing of some kind.
  13. @harleyak While you are doing that it would be a really good idea to change fuel filter at the same time. as you can see in the video, his was very dirty.
