Has anyone tried using a universal remote controller with Alphard AH20 rear screen ? I may need an original AH20 remote controller. Does anyone have a spare one to sell?

This was in my Alphard AH20 2012 but does not work. Batteries new and LED flashes under mobile phone camera.

I can confirm that the website is now working, just checked it myself.

I thinks its a website issue, it may have experienced unusual traffic ( from UK ). Give it sometime to heal itself.
