This was in my Alphard AH20 2012 but does not work. Batteries new and LED flashes under mobile phone camera.

I thinks its a website issue, it may have experienced unusual traffic ( from UK ). Give it sometime to heal itself.

@Rojie That garage no longer offer service or repairs; here is a message I received from them. Hi, Unfortunately our mechanic who use to service these vehicles has now retired and no longer works. To be honest any mechanic should be able to work on your vehicle. Thanks

I have found the correct way to check the mileage report. If your model number has a W in the body category on your documents for example DAA-ATH20W . Then your VIN number would be ATH20W-800XXXX Because in Japan some times a car is not registered using the car serial number \ chassis number but model number last part and the the numbers from the chassis number instead of the actual serial number \ chassis number. I was successful in getting the history of my vehicle using ATH20W-800XXXX instead of ATH20-800XXXX
