Not to sure I know when I had my alphard head unit changed and had it fitted in a garage who specialises in fitting car audio they said that I would loose rear monitor due to one video output I guess if there was a adapter they would had done it .

To get the uk head unit to work it needs 2 video outputs most radios have 1 video out put which the installer will plug in the reverse camera so ideally when buying a upgrade head unit buy one that hase 2 video out puts .
