Afternoon All, Came across this site in my research http://eightseaters.blogspot.com/2009/01/index-of-all-how-to-pages.html Its a blog from a guy in Malaysia who had an Alphard (or Giant as he calls it) for 3 years, seems as though he has documented most of the problems that he came across and possible solutions, also has a lot of background info. Evening Alex, I seem to remember that it went straight in, as the unit was sold as Toyota compatible, Fitted it last year so brain is a little foggy - its my age I will see if I can dig out the manual and post a copy of the wiring diagram tomorrow I will have a look at the doors over the weekend if its dry

Morning All, Great Forum. I wonder if anyone else has has issues with their power doors? My problem is that they both work fine on Key fob and dash button but they are really tempremental on the handle activation, they may work 3 or 4 out of 10 times. Could it be some relay somewhere that needs cleaning ? I am worried that this is getting worse and that they will eventually stop. Model is a Gen 1 Alphard 3.0 2003 Many thanks in advance Steve

Looks Nice, Just a question - have you had this MOT'ed since as I thought there was a point in the revised test about non standard headlights, I suppose you could always swap them out for the test then back again 😉 Steve
