  1. Hello Chris, just by chance do you have a link for this item or any company details. My dash reflects really badly against the windscreen on sunny days. Any help would be great. Thanks Gruf
  2. Hello Colin, thanks for the fast reply I will keep that in mind. Thanks Barry
  3. Afternoon Colin, just checking on past postings regards EML. Did you ever get this problem sorted, as I have the same problem and looking for possible problem solutions. Thanks Barry
  4. Good afternoon, hoping that someone has some ideas regards a problem management lights. After I have been driving for about 5 to 10 minutes the yellow engine light comes on as well as the VCS light as well. I have had the code read with a blue tooth code reader which was PO174, so the O2 sensor for the upper 2nd bank was replaced with a new original part. Once the part was replaced and the code deleted all was fine for 10 to 20 minutes and then the engine lights appeared again. The 2006 3ltr Alphard drives perfectly okay with no other problems.I have checked all the fluides and the caps are all secure, the fuel cap seal was cleaned and the cap is on tight. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what the problem could be. Thanks Barry
  5. Hello Mark, welcome to the forum. I use to own an Elgrand and still vist the owners forum most days. Yes the Elgrand can have a cruise control installed, there are several postings on their forum regards the installing of the item and even a few helpfull postings to help you do the installing. I hope you enjoy the Alphard it will be worth the wait.

  8. Afternoon to you all, I thought it was time that I said Hello to you all. My name is Barry but when on forums I normally go by the name Gruf. We have owned (Buzz) 2006 3ltr Alphard G since December last year, this is our second JDM as we owned a 2002 3.5ltr Nissan Elgrand Highway Star for just over six years. When we were looking to replace the Nissan we were looking for something with alot more options like four wheel drive, electric curtains, cruise control but still have two sunroofs and air conditioning also still have a useful amount of power and be comfortable for the longer drives. While driving the Nissan around we had seen a number of the Alphards around but very few locally. I put the feelers out for a new motor and got contacted regards the possible purchase of an Alphard. Having seen the images and got all the checks done we arranged a meeting and a test drive. All went perfectly and a deal was done, so now we own an Alphard called Buzz. I must say thank you to this forum as the amount of knowledge it holds is amazing. Regards Gruf
