Mains power on the move
Has anyone used or had experience of the Screwfix, IMPAX or Hyundia range of generators. Mine would probably be in use for about an hour at a time to power microwave, TV & Laptop (not all at the same time!). The reviews on the Screwfix site seem a little mixed. Other suitcase generators seem a lot more expensive. I assume you get what you pay for. Silly question probably - but I assume you can plug these generators into the electric hook-up point on the van. Bedding and ladders
I was told the furniture will take climbing on to get up to the pop top but I too struggle to get up there. My kids manage ok. I sleep on a blow up mattress if I brave the climb. The rnr bed is very comfortable with just a sleeping bag. Where are you going to put a ladder when travelling?

Mains power on the move
I have been trying to find the best way to power a low voltage microwave and small low voltage heater when I wild camp. Has anyone used Falcon Technology and their Off Grid Power Product? Sold via Go Outdoors or direct. I would also be interested in any alternatives if people have experience of them. https://falcontechnology.co.uk

Thank you for organising the meet today. It was wonderful to see so many people and Alphards in one place with no to identical. It was really interesting to see all the different layout possibilities in glorious sun shine

Spares and repairs
I’m new to camper van life. Picked up my van in June and although I’m very happy with it there are things I’d like to fix. Like the off side drivers door light is missing and one of the dash blanking plates is also missing. I can fit these myself but where do I go to get the parts? The van (a 2007 mistry) and it didn’t come with a manual. All the online sellers I found either don’t list Alphard or want part numbers. Would UK Toyota dealers help and would they be hellishly expensive?

all windows open after returning to parked car.
I have experienced this too. Mine was on hot days though. I just put it down to key being pressed in my pocket. But nice to know if you resolved the issue.
