Hi, I’m hoping I’m in the right place and that someone here can help. Basically, we have a 2009 Vellfire which we bought last year. When we bought it a CarPlay system was installed which upgraded the Vellfire head unit to connect to our iPhones. The system will play audio from our phones if they are connected. However, the controls do not show up on the screen. We now just get a plain blue screen and cannot select it via the touchscreen. Does anyone have any idea why this may have happened? Also does anyone know where the CarPlay box may have been located in the car and where I’d have to look to find it so that I can take a look at the connectors to check nothing has fallen out? Any help would be much appreciated. Also, I know that this was installed by someone in Birmingham. Does anyone know of any technicians in the Midlands area who may be able to help fix this? many thanks Pete
