  2. Seems after removing the two bolts at the back I just had to pull or push it off the locating white plastic pins and off it comes.
  3. I have bought a replacement centre console storage box for my gen2 Alphard as mine has broken wood trims. I've found the two bolts at the back of the unit behind the plastic panel but it feels to be attached somewhere at the front of the unit too. How do I get to any remaining nuts? I can't see any blanks inside the storage box floor. Thanks for any guidance, pics or video links as I've been googling and YouTube searching for hours. Alternatively how do I remove the wood trims on each side of the sliding top without breaking them?
