    Hi Debbie, The problem with your battery going flat, did the dealer fit the correct battery to your vehicle with it being a Hybrid? It should be fitted with an AGM (Absorbent/glass/matt) battery. Just an answer to your question as it shouldn't go flat with a new fully charged battery fitted to your vehicle. Just get the dealer to do a charging test for the 12v system. Hope this helps.
