Can anyone advise on how we can stop the doors from auto locking once we have set off in the vehicle.

What year and model do you have that would help identify the action needed to do this. Have you tried holding the unlock button for 10 seconds?

Hi alextovey, haven't tried this but will  give it a go. The year of the vehicle is 2006.

I don't think there is anywhere to turn it off as in a switch

 

Usually there is some kind of action you need to do to turn it off, but not sure of the sequence. I once did it on a Lexus to turn off the seat chimes. 

 

The switch will be in the transmission stick more than likely.
