Converting computer/radio to English

Does anyone know if you can convert this to English. 2003 model

You can't. If you change the head unit you will lose lane control and front camera and surround sound.

I'm afraid not. You may be able to get the rear camera to work, but front is harder. I have heard of one person getting it to work, but i have only ever used front camera twice, but stereo everyday so stereo is more important.

Beatsonic do adapters to fit aftermarket head units retaining factory audio and cameras but they are pricey £200+ .
