I know how forums help as previously had the Hiace Super Custom and made the owners forum.. SO im hoping some kind person could tell me...

 

Should the bulk of the switches ( heater controls, etc) be lit once the lights are on ? Ive seen fuse 14 is labelled as switch illumination but tests o.k. (what a B****rd to get to !) The window switches and suspension selector lights but most dont. The Gear selector also occasionally lights so have to look at that. Are these common faults ??

 

The skirt on the bottom of the drivers door is loose and doesnt sit flush when the door is shut. Ive had a quick look but cant see how it attaches or how to get it off to fix it..

There is panel clips which hold it on and some screws either end.

Thanks. All of the dash bulbs appear to have blown and the gear selector bulb was faulty. I've ordered led upgrades and will post pics and spec once I know they fit. 

I've ordered white so will remove the green caps from any others. (matches the speedo better)
