Thanks for your advice, checked sound from washer motor, nothing, so I’d assume the motors packed up, should be able to get this changed under warranty 👍🏼

I have pump noise but very poor flow or none.
Just watched a YouTube video on taking the bumper off, apparently the only way to get into reservoir & pumps.

Before I do that I’ve ordered hose couplers and I’m going to split the rear washer hose in the engine bay and confirm if pump has lost performance.

Bumper removal looks tricky for one pair of hands 🙄

Good luck, keep us posted how you go 👍🏼

No need to remove the bumper, you can bend the inner wheel arch back after removing clips underneath, did mine on Sunday, new pump on Amazon for a tenner next day delivery

Great news , I’ll give that a try 😉

Sorry, can’t help as I never got it repaired as not really an issue with me, maybe someone else will be able to help you.

If there is no sound, you need a washer motor. it is not a difficult job at all.

Wheel off, wheel arch liner screws removed, liner bent out of way, then remove the bottom pump (water will spill out!!) with a twist on the rubber grommet, disconnect the plug and hose, reconnect, and replace, simple!
