Hi All. I am currently driving the MNH15 = V6, AWD, with dual captain chairs and sun roofs. so about 2000kg empty, the heaviest configuration.

1) with 205/65/16 95H tires, I find that the tire pressues printed inside the door support area are inssuficient its almost compressed onto its sidewalls, even mroe so on the heavy front set. what are your expierences with tire pressures?

2) I find that I have to inflate front tires an additional 15% to get it to match the rear in terms of how compressed it looks/diameter on flat ground. Do you guys do this?

Many tyres have softer sidewalls than others, and that makes a LOT of difference.

Just because it should be fine (95 in the UK says it's good for 690kg per tyre) does not mean it's great. My personal experience over many years and many different vehicles / tyres.

I put Bridgestone Touranza on our Subaru, and they were "Extra Load" rated too, but the sidewall was rubbish when compared directly side by side to the "economy" tyres I took off.

So much so that a pot hole put 2 slices in one of them, that I am totally confident the others would have survived!

After that I ran them at 42 psi instead of 36. Then when I could, I swapped them back to the others, never had another problem.

So, currently on our Vellfire, I have those "economy" tyres, Accelera PHi R, (with official A rated grip) and run them 4 psi up on the plate figures.

I am running 42 PSI front and 36 rear to get matching and reasonable sidewall distortion.

I will puting 97+ rated tires.
