  1. Hello, I've seen a number of posts on here about where to take Alphard Hybrids etc without a good response. I had my ABS pump break down recently and my local mechanic couldn't diagnose it properly. I eventually found Tokyo Garage in Manchester and hes done a great job on fixing it and servicing. Hes got the computer to read the faults and clearly knows how to repair and look after them. Its only a short taxi ride from Manchester Victoria Station so not too difficult to get back to if you need to leave your car there.
  2. You could try Nippon Auto Spares Ltd in Derby. They are very helpful and will probably be able to tell you what you need and supply it for you.
  3. Hi there, I bought my 2008 Hybrid alphard a couple of months ago and in the last few weeks the speedometer has developed a fault. It takes a while for the speedo to "turn on", I'll be driving and sometimes it can be a mile before it turns on. Once it does it seems to work ok. Has anyone had this fault before and if so what was the caus and fix? Thanks, Jason
  4. Hello, I've just had similar problems getting a roof rack (I really wanted the thule fitting kit for my current roofrack but couldn't find it!). I have now managed to sort it by getting the Prorack / Yakima aero through bar which looks really nice and fits really well, and I thought it might be good to post up details for anyone else in the same position as I ended up with a really nice looking bar for £250. You will need: S17 aero through bar - I got this from www.roofbox.co.uk for £175. K988 fitting kit - this needs to be shipped from Australia, I got it from www.roofracksgalore.com.au which came to £75 including shipping. It took about a week to arrive. Much better than those crappy looking ones for £500 on e-bay! Jay
