  1. That's great news ...do you know if there is a scanner that also checks the integrated disability remote chair lift as this is where my problem is...it works intermittently and gets stuck halfway in and out so my wife will not now go out in the Alphard anymore as too risky, so no one seems to know where the problem is.....appreciate your support
  2. I hv not bn able to find a Toyota garage who has a diagnostic system that recognises the Alphard as it’s an import. even Toyota head office will not recognise it or do anything about it. as far as I can make out it’s an upgraded Previa … it shares a lot of the same parts etc … so you really need an old time mechanic that’s not reliant on a diagnostic computer to tell them what’s wrong ! I hv contacted an aftermarket market Toyota dealer and I am trying to convince them to connect over the internet to a diagnostic computer that recognises the Alphard … it’s a work in progress!!
  3. Interesting that you hooked up to Alphard diagnostic system as I was not aware that anyone in the U.K. has a diagnostic system and this according to Toyota… So verify as some companies use Previa diagnostics …
  4. Our remote disability seat sometimes works and sometimes just gets stuck, any technicians available to assist as currently cannot go anywhere as seat is unreliable tx J
