Autostart Mobile. Dave Lloyd. 07713 081612 Had a problem with the van not starting after the winter. Dave came when he said he would, & confirmed our suspicions re seized starter motor. Ordered the starter motor from Auto Jap Spares in Coventry 02476 474848. This came the following day - they are also provide a really good service - and Dave returned the next day. Again when he said he would. Excellent service all round. Another auto mechanic let us down twice!

Thanks, all sorted thanks to great mobile auto mechanic & speedy delivery from auto Jap spares. This van is like me, an old lady who doesn't like the winter cold & wet. Fingers crossed we'll have a good summer. If any one in the Chester area needs a rec for the mechanic let me know ( not sure whether I can do this on this forum?

Hello David, wonder if you can help/point me in the right direction? I have a 2007 auto petrol and the starter motor has gone. the auto electrician who came out cannot find the starter fuse or a diagram that shows the a starter relay. do you have such a diagram? I don’t know what I am looking for…. The alternative he is suggesting is to bypass circuit for ignition but I would prefer not to do this. Thanks in advance! Ann

Hello, Hopefully this makes sense..... The starter motor on my 2007 2.4 petrol Alphard has failed and a replacement on order. The auto start guy wasn't able to locate the starter fuse and the handbook didn't show a any diagram with a starter relay. Does anyone have the starter fuse wiring diagram? Thanks in advance! Ann
