  1. Like I said, I haven't purchased an Alphard/Vellfire yet, hence the question to members on the 2nd version technical forum.
  2. I haven't bought yet, but was looking at the version 2 (08-15) in the 7 seat version and the middle row 2 seats have the belts fully integrated into the seats. So I assumed on the non-electric middle row seat versions the seats were reversible (lift them out of the rails, turn them around and put them back in so they can face backwards). I know they don't swivel as they stopped that at the end of version 1 in 2008.
  3. Seat belts are integrated fully into individual seats, so no issues facing backwards, just not sure if it can be done and if so, will they still slide.
  4. I noted on the first edition, the seats could be rotated, this facility has been removed on the second edition. However on the non-electrical 7 seater, is it possible to remove the seats and place them back in reverse so all four passenger seats face each other, they share the same rails and I could do this on an Espace I used to have.
  5. New member thinking about a version 2 - 2013(ish) model perhaps the hybrid. Anyway was looking to also load bicycles and was wandering if anyone knows or can measure the max height for the boot opening, which is never on any spec sheet, I get there is plenty of height once you're in, but reduced to what at the the opening? Any other suggestions or recommendations for newbies or Alphards/Velfires in the Llandysul area I could view would also be welcome.
