  1. Hi Gabs. Can you share if you managed to resolve this issue? I have the same problem and symptoms and the car stops two time but starts up. Also how do you know when the hybrid battery is charged when the 3 lights are on? Thanks!
  2. Hi Chris, I have the same problem since a month ago. I noticed that when the VSC light comes on, it comes on together with the check engine light and check hybrid red car ! light come on. It can only be the VSC problem speed sensor problem or gas cap or tyre pressure. Once the VSC is fixed, the other two lights goes away. I haven't fixed it yet. I can feel my hybrid battery is running and being charged so I think this is a design issue. Can be just a simple issue It happened before some 2 years ago but with the 4WD light on. The w/shop guys will give you different opinions and I ended up first changing the HV inverter and after driving a short distance, the lights came back. They next changed the pump for the hybrid radiator and it never came back. So I think it was not the HV inverter but just a simple pump issue. What a price I had to pay.
  3. I have a Toyota alphard 2007 hybrid. Anyone tried adding a filter to the air intake fan of the hybrid battery? The car came without any.

  6. Thanks Chris. I did that before I gave up. Finally I got it fixed from a good mechanic I know and he replaced with a 2nd hand HV Inverter (ODBII read the error P3125) The 4 lights came back soon after we took it for a spin so he reseted it. The only light that remained on was the red car with the exclamation mark. Once again he took in for another check. This time he replaced the cooling pump for the HV inverter and it was gone. It's day two now and so far did another 100km drive with no more error lights. Hope this helps someone.
  7. My 4 lights came on after reversing the car a bit. 4WD, VSC, ABS and the red car alert came on. The hybrid is off but the car can still be driven. The car slows down once I reach over 60kmh and accelerate again to 60. It's a Alphard 2008 ATH10 hybrid car too. Using diag pin 4 short to pin 13 on ODB2 socket and switch on engine (without starting the car) codes revealed as follows:- ABS code: 94, 95 (95 is lost com, to yaw sensor(lateral acceleration sensor) and 94 is lost com. to ABS control module.) VSC code: 62, 63 (62 Abnormal battery voltage VSC sensor) (63 Malf in booster pedal force switch) Any suggestions?
