2010 G L Drivers Door Trim Replacement?
Thanks BigNev, I found it! For anyone else looking - https://www.amayama.com/en/genuine-catalogs/epc/toyota-japan/alphard/ggh25w/80651/body/7451?frame_no=GGH25-8016035 The tabs on the trim securing the switch cluster to the trim break easily causing the switch cluster to drop into the door. There are two separate parts to choose from - I think its just colour differences - black and brown, it's not clear which is which so I have messaged Amayama, will update with their response.

2010 G L Drivers Door Trim Replacement?
Hi guys Just spent the last couple of hours googling for the drivers door window switch surrounding trim - I need a replacement for the current one as the switch cluster has dropped into the door. There's one on ebay but it's black and I need the brown wood effect, and just the trim not the switch unit as that's still working. Anyone know where I can get one or even just a part number would really help

Big Brake Kits?
There doesn't look or sound like there's any problems with the existing set up - no squealing or juddering, it's just generally a little underwhelming especially for a 3.5 V6 I am getting a service tomorrow so will ask them to have a look. I am thinking a set of new EBC discs and pads and some braided lines is the sensible and economic solution.

Big Brake Kits?
I'm finding my 2010 GGH25 a bit under-braked, can anyone recommend a brake upgrade that won't break the bank? I have looked at Brembo kits and the other big brands but don't really want to spend £2500 + just for the front. EBC do four new discs and pads for under £400 but I would like to upgrade the calipers ideally. Any suggestions/recommendations?

Remote Start - how to assign a new fob?
Hi Chris I am not even sure I have a remote start system, it wasn't advertised as having it, I just saw a picture of my car with a remote start fob on the front seat with the other two fobs, which I actually received, but there was no remote start fob supplied when I picked up the car. Is there any way of telling whether remote start is fitted visually for example in the engine bay or through the stereo screen? (I have the 18 speaker upgraded entertainment sytem).

Remote Start - how to assign a new fob?
Hi guys I got a Car VX report for my Alphard and it had some auction pictures from Japan, one of which showed two fobs and a remote start fob on the front seat. I received both fobs when I bought the car but no remote start fob so I bought one from Japan. It arrived and seems to be working OK, screen lights up etc but when I press the buttons on it beside the car nothing happens. Is there a way to assign the fob to the car? I have googled it extensively but nothing comes up, not in English anyway :)!

Hi from the South East
Hi from SE England, got my first Alphard earlier this year, an immaculate 3.5 V6 G L 4WD, fully loaded, a wonderful vehicle. I thought I'd join up as I have some questions and this site seems a good resource.
