Engine management light is on in my 2003 3.0 l v6. Checked oil and seems ok. Any ideas?

    One that is JOBD compatible - so that it can recognise the japanese codes.

    A very cheap plugin one is available on ebay, or similar, under a tenner.

    I have one and it does read our Vellfire.

    Mine is an ELM327, but there's lots quite similar.
