Sat Nav

Featured Replies

Anyone know how to get the sat nav display in English. I have a 2007 Alphard, it’s a Japanese import so the sat nav is in Japanese. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Sophie I don’t think you can change to English you’ll have change the head unit

Also, ours doesn't pick up the satellites on this side of the world, we just get a plain blue screen with an arrow on it looking lost and forlorn 😀

Maybe I've just not bothered enough to figure it out, but it would be years out of date, and not at all likely to have UK maps if I did!

Cheers, Nev

As I am sure you know, no Japanese satellite system (in the UK) will detect the Japanese satellite transmitters as they are geo-stationary.
