  1. @Rojie yeah i was confused when he said that MZ G alphards didnt get step carpets because you said yours had them. ill send a screenshot of the email reply
  2. also @Rojie i noticed my alphard symbol on the steps light up. is that an extra or is that on yours too?
  3. yeah i had a look and apparently they came as extras for only particular specifications, apparently you could only have a few optionals and you could never have everything. i found out that for example if you had the areo kit you couldnt get particular exterior packages and for the interior if you had the sunroofs you couldnt have something else etc etc it is a shame though because the carpets are a lovely touch and i wish i did have them, im also thinking of getting some larger flashier alloys to really add to the look. im just not a fan of the standard ones... if you have any suggestions i would love to hear some!
  4. Hey picasso, will they work with one that originally came without them?
  5. thanks for that, the only reason i was questioning was because he said all mzg editions didn't have them, but that wasn't true. thanks for clearing that up
  6. You will have to install google translate on your phone, at the moment there is no way to change the screen from Japanese to English without changing the whole system
  7. hey guys I have bought an mz-g edition recently and it doesn't have step carpet. the place i bought it of told me that it doesn't come with it on mz-g editions, but I don't believe that.. if anyone knows the answer to this please get back to me ASAP so i can possibly sort out something with the dealership I bought it off
  8. i got into contact with Raeem and he told me the mzg-edition cars do not come with step carpets. is there anywhere i can buy some? also isn't yours an mzg-edition
  9. im trying to figure this out, cant find anything on it
  10. oh wait nevermind the 3.5 is an elgrand.. both are nice but i opted for an alphard because it was a better car for me
  11. i can send you a link to where i got my Alphard, they have a 3.5l vellfire for sale and it looks gorgeous if thats what your looking for... the interior is black though so useless if your looking for a more luxurious interior https://www.japanesempv.co.uk/?utm_source=ebaymotorsgroup&utm_medium=classifieds&utm_campaign=emg whats your budget?
  12. if you do need the back two or three other seats (depending what alphard version you get) you will have to sacrifice the luxurious amount of legroom with hatchback like legroom
  13. without measuring ive had a look and if you push the second row of seats all the way up you have plenty of room for bikes if you only need to use the front 2 seats
  14. ah i see, i was also wondering if you alphard has the step carpet? because mine doesn't
  15. yeah i didn't even have a look at the auction sheet, it was me being stupid.. i then found out it was a grade 3 after i purchased it. when i did collect it i did have a further look to make sure i was satisfied.. Naeem was very good and knew what he was talking about, just i can never trust salesman haha.. i think mine is a mz g edition with the bodykit. I haven't properly looked yet, how can you tell? its great to know other people have bought from naeem and he is a trusted dealer, apart from the scuffs the van is great.
  16. yeah same, as nice as they seem they said the car was in perfect condition and everything was in working order, found about 5 bodywork cover-ups. looks to be done by the same person, none of the brake lights were working, and the tires were completely worn. apparently it passed the MOT without any failures the day before i bought it, was also wondering if i payed too much. I also probably saw the van you got hahah, which one was it? and i hope you dont mind me asking how much you paid for it. but yeah they were lovely people, but i am suspicious of things i have found on the car.. i did the stupid thing and put a deposit down on it after 5 mins of looking at it.. i was just too excited So do beware
  17. they also have another branch somewhere else more north, im up in london so this one was nearer me but there is another one near Birmingham or Bristol i think. cant remember which one
  18. https://www.japanesempv.co.uk/ here you go! great cars, not many in stock at the moment but it is always updating... make sure to check out the cars properly if you go to see them. Car dealers never tell the full truth.. they said the bodywork was immaculate and we have recently found scratches and paint damage coverup. apart from that amazing car and the prices arent too bad.. ours was a little OTP with the price, but altogether a lovely car. they also do elgrands and vellfires. there also the estima but don't know much about them. ours was the top spec of 08 and nearly all of the cars on the lot are fully specked out. we traded in our old family car and i do miss it but wasn't ULEZ compliant due to diesel... hope you find another alphard good luck with the search
  19. hey Yusuf, was wondering how you got your bluetooth working? can you play music through it?
  20. thank you so much! shame you got rid of your alphard got one exactly like yours only difference is the age and body kit.. if you like i can send you a link to the people i got mine from? maybe have a look at another couple?
  21. thats amazing! do you mind sending the details? and yeah i agree the theatre sound system is amazing, the best in any car i ever had. ive been reluctant to change the stereo due to me being worried about it affecting the audio I also saw you said you miss that, did you manage to sell your alphard?
