  1. hi the oe no. for your battery is 2880028021 and im sorry to say they are £350 even if you put no. into ebay yours does not have the heat sensor my advice do not put a cheap battery on as the hybrid needs the good oe battery. have replied to your private message.

Hello may depending on the year the original battery has a heat sensor built in so you can not really put a normal battery in as the sensor is connected to the hybrid system the original battery's from Toyota are Panasonic and still are even if you by from Toyota pm me your reg no. or vin no. and i can confirm for you which is correct battery for you .

  4. Hi Charlie that’s not a injector connector it’s a coil pack connector
  5. Your going to struggle as the connectors are part of the wire loom and you need to purchase the complete section of loom

  8. first things first get the battery checked as it may be a dead battery a alphard needs a good battery as there is a lot of electrics so get that done first and let us know how you get on if rac tried to charge from there van and battery no good it wont crank

Hello max before you start messing with things I say this fault was known by the person you bought it off you say new battery been fitted the battery is a cheap lion battery supplied by Europe car parts they are cheap basic batteries . It’s illegal to sell any car sold as seen you got rights I personally get the person who you bought off to put things right or get your money back citizens advice will tell you your rights
