Hello Kathryn you will have no problems sourcing parts for your alphard most toyota dealers dont like imports or dont have the look up system i have the jdm look up system i help lots of members on here with part no.s and point in right direction with links where to buy from your more than welcome to message me anytime you want i will always reply with part no.s and will give you links on where to get your parts from and will be able to save you a lot of money.

Ian I ordered a set last year of eBay about £35 failed mot so I paid £350 labour to have them done 4 months later had a knocking noise went back to the garage who did mot and did the bushes they said they could not believe how bad the bushes had been they had completely split they was rubbish no strength in them so I had to buy 2 more bushes ok I paid £80 this time but they was far better quality also £350 to have them done again .

  5. sit in drivers side seat ignition on lower window hold button down for about 10 seconds then close it then do same on the rear then to passenger side
  6. welcome jack first thing you need to do is make sure the battery is fully charged if unsure get it tested you need a good strong battery to start these engines when the battery is disconected you will lose the comfort control of the windows but thats easy to reset .

  15. you have learned a lesson the hard way you should never mess about with car electrics with the battery connected i hope you get it sorted
  16. Myron is correct you can get it from uk toyota i had nine from my local toyota and i was lucky enough to have a friend who works in parts took about 3 weeks to get if you pm me your reg no. i will get you a price

  18. Hello liz nothing aftermarket for the glass you can pay over a £100 just for the glass if you want the whole unit yes eBay and they are expensive but lot cheaper than dealer
