Vehicle is starting and when I put on D or Reverse it moves on idle speed. When I accelerate their is no rev. I tried changing battery. Still the issue is same

If you have a JODB compatible reader that should, hopefully give some clues. Clear the existing codes and wait for it to happen again then read again. It may be something like an air or fuel filter that needs replacing, but more likely would be a lambda sensor - the code scanner will point you in the right direction - there are lots of post on the forum.

Will it rev with the accelerator pedal, out of gear?

If not, suspect the throttle position sensor.

Thank You All for the help. So it should be a (J OBD) or (OBD J) ? OBD 2 will not work? I'm in Canada. Thank You.

Or also the motor for the throttle actuator?
