  1. Good idea, to keep the leather, never know when it will come in handy. I think I may be running out of time, hoping to get the convo done next month! πŸ™„
  2. Hi Rojie Thanks for the info, I had thought there would be a surplus. My seats are all fabric and the beige colour, sadly not the half leather you're looking for.
  3. Has anyone managed to sell their Alphard seats before getting as conversion done? Any suggestions of where to advertise them please. I've looked on eBay but the seats there seem to have been there a while.
  4. Thanks for the advice. Pretty much decided to go with Northstar now. Like the idea of the wider RR. Checked out ND for the roof and they're booked until November so I'll just get Northstar to do the lot. πŸ˜ƒ
  5. That's interesting, thanks. I hadn't heard of New Dawn but heard lots about Northstar. No moon roof or sun roof. Keen to have a scenic canvas for star gazing, New Dawn say they can fit to the Alphard. πŸŒ™β
  6. Has anyone used New Dawn Conversions? Their pricing seems very similar to Northstar, wondering if anyone has used them and can recommend? Also wondering which to get done first if I have to split the conversion. Elevating roof first or side conversion? Not sure if it makes any difference. Any advice always gratefully received. Thanks πŸ˜‰
  7. Thanks......Tried them and they told me they only fit VW.
  8. Morning πŸ˜ƒ I'm looking to get my conversion done with Northstar, but they can't provide a scenic canvas for the roof. Does anyone know of a supplier/fitter that does them for the Alphard?
  9. I've just been quoted Β£12,200 for a side conversion with pop top, not sure it includes the bed boards etc........ The pop top is Β£3,500 on its own.
  10. Thank you I'll check it out πŸ˜ƒ
  11. Can anyone recommend a company to supply and fit a pop top for my 2008 Alphard? I'm Cambs/Lincs border but don't mind travelling for the right company.
  12. Picked up my 2008 Alphard last week. She's called Dixi, and she needs a full conversion which I'll look at in the spring. So many options it's mind boggling. Loving driving her, but oh my, did I get a shock on fuel consumption! πŸ™€
