  1. I’m with Brentacre for my 3.5. My car is currently unconverted but Brentacre are fine if I want to convert.
  2. I had my five and half year old niece in the car last week but she was decidedly underwhelmed with my choice of DVD - shockingly 1950s black and white Godzilla isn’t her thing 😆 I’m going to have to source NTSC copies of Frozen 😂
  3. Whoa that is more like a mobile cinema than a car!
  4. Hi, apologies for the delayed reply. My overhead DVD player was already installed when I purchased the car. To be honest I don’t really use it as it would eat my car battery when parked. I was testing it more so I have an option if my niece and nephew are in the back, to keep them entertained on a long journey. Issue though is that I need NTSC DVDs. I may upgrade the head unit to an apple car play version though which should allow me to stream content to the DVD player from my phone.
  5. I’m delighted with my new carpets, a big thank you to Steve Barnes/Odyssey Carpets. The chocolate brown looks great with my beige interior. I went for the full set with a cover mat to go over the middle passenger section rails. If anyone is thinking of changing carpet I’d say don’t hesitate.
  6. Thank you this is helpful as I work not far from Oxted and have been looking for a garage.
  7. Hoorah. Managed to get my roof DVD player working. My car has an Alpine VIE-X08 head unit connected upto an Alpine Rear Vision unit that only plays NTSC. After a wee wait I’ve finally got a suitable NTSC DVD and … it works! Hoorah. IMG_8506.MOV IMG_8516.MOV
  8. Fab day. Lovely to meet everyone and have a nosy around all the different car configurations. I thought I’d come away with a firm idea of what conversion/part conversion to go for but instead I’ve got more options to consider! Very tempted with the Vangear mini kitchen pod.. Thank you Steve and everyone else who organised the day, it was a triumph. Additional well done for organising the sun to come out 😁 I’m delighted to join such a friendly group of folk. Esther (unconverted 3.5 - with the Poundland ‘doormat’ carpets 😆)
  9. Hello, thank you so much for taking time to reply. I’ve sent you a message via eBay.
