  1. Bought an Ancel JP700 to check on engine mgt warning light. £58 on Amazon. Worked perfectly out of the box. Told me I had a PO171 ERROR - system too lean... quick check on Google pointed towards MAF or O2 sensor. Very happy with this device. If you buy an OBD you need one with JOBD functionality. (My Alphard a 2005.)
  2. Bit confused by your post Mike... did you read the previous 19 posts? This thread is about a spring meet and a lot of folk have posted suggestions with Donington seeming to be the most popular venue so far. Or am I missing so something and you are using the same thread to open discussion about another meet???
  3. I bought a JOBD tool for £58 from Amazon. Arrived yesterday, worked out of the box and in minutrs I had the fault code - too lean fuel mix. Bought cleaning sprays for the O2 sensor and tge MAF which hopefully will arrive tomorrow. They cost £27. If this works a fix at £85 is going to compare very favourably with a garage!
  4. Happy with any of the three myself but hope we have a date and location soon - been booking various trips away with Dales, Anglesey and a fortnight in the Highlands already booked!
  5. Hi Joanne, agree with you, like then look of Donington Park - pretty central and easy access, with lots of campsites nearby.
  6. If members are spread nationwide then shouldn't we consider Derbyshire, West or North Yorkshire or even Lake District or Northumberland? If England centric I get Midlands...
  7. Hello. New member. Picking up our converted Alphard from Peterborough in a couple of weeks. 2005 model in white. Getting a swivel seat in Wolverhampton and a pop top in keighley! Hoping Funky Ram in Bristol will be able to attach fixings so that I can use an awning (getting awning brackets fitted has been the biggest challenge so far) - looking at the Direct 4x4 Expedition because it can have side and front panels but frankly would go for Fiamma or Thule if that is the only option. Anyway, that is the story so far - one of travelling the country to get the van just right!
