Why ? Does the tank leak ? I have read many threads on this forum where the fuel level indication is questionable, and only 55 litres are needed to fill. Does it really matter, unless you run your tank down low often (which is not a good idea) ?

That's good shout out buddy not a leak but we've been topping up just about 300miles so thanks looked on having the tank replaced but it's nearly £1000 just means a topping more often......
BigNev Posted Wednesday at 06:21 PM Posted Wednesday at 06:21 PM Hi there! 300 miles!!!!!!! Ooh I'm jealous of such range 😂 On our LPG tank anyway, it's usually about 260 the way my wife drives it....... But if we were on a trip I'd never manage that far without a coffee and leg stretch stop anyway, it's my age!!
Gamith Posted yesterday at 06:43 AM Posted yesterday at 06:43 AM Looking at Amayama for mine a fuel tank would be around 500Ukp delivered. https://www.amayama.com/en/part/toyota/7700128481 Though yours may be different - it is a 2010 model or a 2002-2008?
MonsterS Posted yesterday at 01:22 PM Posted yesterday at 01:22 PM I wouldn't bother. 300 miles is about right. You can always convert to LPG too.
harleyak Posted yesterday at 01:31 PM Author Posted yesterday at 01:31 PM Thanks for the info I'll just keep it topped up because a new tank is way too much and both kids got their own cars now so they're happier using their own vehicle on holiday runs.......... 1

Do you think I'm getting away with it as I don't let it get below the reserve by much?
