Cruise Control
2007 is facelift model gen 1 (or 10series) part number for switch is 84632-34011 You can find these for under £15 on ebay, its a generic switch used on many toyota models, if you want a new blanking plate that it pokes through, just widen your search term to include alphard, or you can just cut a hole in the blanking plate yourself if not too bothered, the part number for the cover (again its common to several toyota) is 45186-58020-C0

led lights in door mirror
not sure if feasible, but if you cover the leds, it cannot fail, so a chrome cover or some vinyl wrap, temporarily fitted whilst you source a replacement led unit?

Cruise Control
Every vid I have seen of the facelift 10 series, only ever mentions adding the stalk. If it was the microwave radar cruise control, then yes, you need the extra emitter and ecu. If you look at the parts list for pre april 2005 alphards (pre facelift) - you will see that the control mechanism is based on mechanical connections to the throttle. Post april 2005, the throttle is fully electric, so the additional control mechanisms are not required, the stalk literally just sends a signal to the ecu to hold throttle position and adjust to maintain wheel speed. If you wanted to have the auto speed adjust based on distance from vehicle in front, that will require more electronics.

Cruise Control
From what I do understand, facelift model gen1 onwards have the wiring and ability to upgrade by just fitting the control stalk - seems like a silly way for toyota to charge more as an option, if everything exists in the ecu already! I think if you have a pre facelift, you need an aftermarket kit as the throttle control is different, I may be wrong, so hopefully some other owners can confirm. short vid - it really is this easy.

Cruise Control
No, not me - I had cruise control from factory.

Wiring for caravan socket
Wiring for the lights can be found here: http://fsm.japanclassic.ru/toyota/2002.5_7a037_alphard_anh1,mnh1/x339/servinfo/x339i0307000018_base.html Its in japanese, so you will need to print out and hold your phone up and use google translate or something, but you at least have the colours and routing information, socket designations, fuses, relays etc.

CD stuck in Head Unit
I found that after removing my head unit from dash, and refitting, the problem disappeared, too. So I think just years and years of vibration and flexing eventually moved something mechanically - removing and refitting made everything 'square' again.

CD stuck in Head Unit
i found my cds were just catching the top lip of the slot on ejection, just get your nail in there and help it clear the slot, if that is the issue (tries to eject and then pulls disc back in)

Wiring Diagram
Its in Japanese, and to be honest, I have no vested interest as I own a 20series, but you may be able to find what you are looking for, it has wiring diagrams, use chrome translate and phone image translator to navigate

Closest I ever found for 10 series was posted here:

Rear Foglights - better integration
Well, as mentioned previously - I decided to take one for the team and purchase one of the more expensive reflector solutions. It definately reflects!!! I used just the light source from my phone and its almost like getting back 90% of the light! Excuse the sound quality, but I hope you get an idea of the reflective quality of these lenses - I dont have a 12v supply in the house at moment to test the led function! I placed the cheap ebay 'LED/Reflector' I purchased last year, but didnt fit as it was non-compliant underneath, so you can see the comparison

New head unit
You know Rojie, if I had spare time on my hands I would rip half the car apart to trace where all the wiring goes, maybe in the summer, when its bright out till 10pm, lol

Navigation System 20 series Alphard
I don't have info on the panasonic headunits, just that I am certain you can update the firmware to english, and updates the maps via DVD/SD I recall reading about it on some website whilst trying to find out about my own headunit

New head unit
interestingly, by disconnecting some of the wiring associated to the cameras, I was presented with a larger image of the car with the sonar detection areas being displayed, and the dashboard displayed the sonar too, so there is some weirdness to how the information from the various ecus is linked and served to the headunit.

New head unit
I Wish I could be confident, attached is mine! from a 2010 3.5l 18speaker external amplifier, IPS (3cameras) TV, rear screen, Gbook, satnav. I know the green/blue/brown are GVIF connectors , for things that are auxillary, such as intelligent parking assist, SATNAV, side/front camera (Rear is on one of the larger connectors, with a passthough to the IPS if it exists) DTV The bottom left is GPS antenna. I thought the green gvif might have been for hybrid, as seperate ecu feeds image to headunit. All the wiring diagrammes I have managed to find only make minor mention of head unit connections, and I have not yet been able to find pin outs for these units. (I have pinouts from the Amplifier and rear camera.

GGH20 Headlight Beam Set Way Too High - Could a Rear Suspension Issue be the Cause?
yes, the japanese standard is practically the same as UK, as they follow the international lighting regulations. What you could check for, is if the previous owners had modified the lights to use LED in the low beams, as they may have disconnected something.

If you want cheap, you can always go the route of a FM transmitter/bluetooth adaptor like this: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005002877156752.html Allows you to connect your devices via BT to it, then connect it via FM, adds usb/sdcard storage and has its own little control buttons, so no fiddling with your phone. - GGH20 Headlight Beam Set Way Too High - Could a Rear Suspension Issue be the Cause?
