Before you noticed these not working have you had any work done on the alphard

Sounds like fuse to me has he checked all the fuses even the ones located behind the glove box it's hard to find this fuse box unless they know where to look

Hello Georgina the radio needs a radio expander fitted to get uk stations or you can have a aftermarket radio fitted sorry to say there is nothing you can do about the japanese lady unless you change the radio

Behind the cluster you will find a speedo chip this a ck un09 these are fitted to change to mph if this has been fitted wrong such as fitted with wire connectors or electrical tape this will cause issues the are supposed to be soldered or chip could be faulty I would check this first before splashing out money
