  1. Could be the conversion chip on the back of the speedo causing issues.
  2. Alphard servo/drums give longer travel length. There is really no way of improving them unless you replace all rubber lines with race lines (metal braided lines, available from Ben Hau).
  3. Check the length. You might find it from another vehicle. On ebay there are the right and left side. ns one This may be the blueprint version. Not sure if it fits though check the measurements.
  4. Welcome, removing seats is a nightmare. As you'll need to remove the floor bolts that the sliders sit on. Putting in a swivel chair is a fairly easy thing to do. However you must notify the DVLA when removing seats, altering for a swivel seat then it will have to go to a VOSA station for re classifying.
  5. VSC is traction control. I would check the speed sensors. might be some dirt on one of them
  6. Yes that would be it. a more streamlined setup
  7. Any from Halfords for the previa will work I Believe.
  8. Thanks. I know it was something like that but when I bought it from Ben it was a filter box + cables.
  9. Hi Pete & Sam, Welcome to the forum. I'll try and answer the questions direct and short. 1) If you import you get pot luck, but buying from a deal at least you can see it first and go through it. 2) 3.0 for a camper/conversion. As i found the 2.4's gutless uphill 3) does not matter which year. I found that the 3.0L on the 2002 - 2005 great it's a Lexus non interferance engine so if the cam belt goes your engine does not. 4) YES that's a must be done over in the country. 5) Toilet, fridge and heating. 6) has it had a new cambelt & when was the last service.
  10. This can only be done via Toyota Techstream. Which cost's pretty penny. It involves reprogramming the ecu which is not for the faint hearted.
  11. The only person i know that has them is Ben Hau
  12. Is this what your looking for? I've bought these for the rear boot, front passenger door to replace clips i've broken. EBAY
  13. That's best practice but make sure when you are filling you DO NOT over fill otherwise bang! there goes your gearbox. underfilling is slightly okay as the way it moves around in there.
  14. Make sure if you have theatre make sure that you get a filter so you can still use them.
  15. Any sparks that fit the Camry will fit the Alphard. Same for the RX300 for the 3L. Bit of a pain to get at but once it's done great.
  16. Any place will do a MOT, just needs to be registered with the DVLA.
  17. Check the servicing area. I made a list of bulbs for the Alphard on there. This will give all types you need. Bulb forum section
  18. we bolted a anti static strap to the exhaust and all good now for us.
  19. Sounds like a flat battery, if you have a multimeter you can turn it on it DC and check the voltage it should be between 12 - 14v
  20. Castle Coombe race track?
  21. The oxygen sensors are connected directly to the ecu so more than likely it's the sensor itself or a fault in the wire or plug.
  22. I have installed several nextbase dashcams and they are the best to be honest. The cables are long enough and you can jack into the drivers side fuse box for power. then run the cables along the trims to the boot.
  23. There are lot's on Ali express. If you send them a picture with an image on the back of all the wires and plug's they can match it like for like. :)
  24. Normally in the wheel archs
  25. Buy a bottle of compressed air about £3 from staples, WH smith or currys. Use that.
