Hi, I believe @Chris.ac might be able to help you with access to an online platform for this. Can you send a pic with the back of your pioneer?

Throttle reset procedure
Hi, recently I have fitted a cruise control stalk on my 2012 vellfire and I had the battery disconnected during the fitting. Now I have to reset/relearn the throttle and I am not sure what is the procedure for this. Does anyone know? I searched on the forum, but couldn't find anything helpful. Thank you!

Cruise Control
Because I had to disconnect the battery, I have to reset the throttle now. Does anyone know how exactly? I have seen a few ways, but not sure which one is the correct way! @Chris.ac, maybe you know?

Cruise Control
Today I had my cruise control stalk delivered, the instalation took me 15 min. Once I removed the airbag I noticed that I already have the connector for the cruise control there, was just a matter of plug and play. Test it and all works great. All is left is to cutout the cover. This is the stalk I bought: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/114705087244?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=ToA0FS2lTH2&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=4VUOd8_gQG6&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

Head unit wiring chaos!
Hi Gerald, thank you for yor help. I managed to find the wires for the steering wheel controls, this is the last one with the head unit. The unit is a TIE124. I searched in the manual that was in the box and it is not mentioned.

Gear box or throttle issues
Hi awesome group of Japanese car lovers! As some of you are aware, I recently purchased a 2012 Vellfire 2.4ltr petrol. The car drives pretty decent for a 12 years old car. I have noticed something that bothers me and I don't know if it's in my head only or is real. When I am driving in manual, the issue doesn't appear. In Drive, when I drive around town/villages, the gearbox always tends to accelerate towards the point where it will change to the next gear. If I try to bearly touch the acceleration, it will drop the RPM to around 1k-1.2k and it will start vibrating and making a squeaking noise outside of the car. As soon as I press the acc a bit harder, the rpm will increase and the noise+vibration are gone. The problem is that I cannot drive constantly at the same speed, I have to press the acc then remove my foot and so on. Before this car Ihad for 6 years a Prius and maybe I am not used with petrol cars, but I doubt it. Could it be something wrong with the gearbox? I remember that when I bouth the car, on the obd2 I had an error related to the angle of the throttle not being able to detect it, but the error is gone now. I have a video from today with the noise and the low rpm . How is your gearbox behaving when driving around town, below 50mph?

I have no holes in may dash, I will pot some pics!- Reverse camera guidelines
I have found that disconnected, in my glove compartment.- Alphard mirror
The module is already on it's way to me! I will post updates to how it can be fitted to Vellfire/Alphard- Reverse camera guidelines
I do not know what the ETC unit is, but I don't think so. Sorry!- Reverse camera guidelines
Butchered is the appropriate adjective for my wires!- Alphard mirror
Yes, I was thinking that I have to account for that too. Then I looked on that Rav4 forum and on ebay, and the modules are £10. Definitely it is not worth me doing this flip-flop adaptation when I can find it for only a 10er. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/166463511541?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=sODE7-S-RAO&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=4VUOd8_gQG6&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY- Alphard mirror
I will have a look there too, thank you! I was just thinking that since we can close and open the mirrors via a switch, we can attach a parallel circuit with a flip-flop, connected to the signal for locking the doors. I will research a bit more the topic!- Alphard mirror
You are correct. I looked a bit over the diagrams and I noticed that I have the mirror switch I14. If I place a parallel connection with the relay for locking the doors, it might work. I need to see if the mirrors have power while the locking happens!- Reverse camera guidelines
- Tough ask. Canbus protocol
Wow, almost 2 yaers and no reply! I am looking after the same Canbus protocol to enable my reversing guidelines to move with the movement of the steering wheel. Anyone?- Alphard mirror
Hi Chris, on my Vellfire, I can fild the mirrors by the button, but I do not have memory seat positions. Is there a way to set the mirrors to fold when I lock the car? Something through the obd2 or maybe Techstream?- Sticky dash fix
Any luck with this? - Reverse camera guidelines
