Speed sensor fault
As an automotive software engineer, I can say that is very unlikely to be case. Such a single point failure would not make it to production.

2003 3ltr Alphard tailgate, side light , fog light fail help
This points to the TAIL fuse. The TAIL fuse is hidden in the passenger compartment. https://car-box.info/toyota/previa/alphard-h10-2002-2009.html Are you sure the sparky has found and checked those fuses as well? They might have only checked the easy-to-find fuses in the engine compartment.

Toyota Alphard 2006 u240e wiring diagram for ecu needed
Apart from the expense of a new ECU, I suspect it does need to be programmed. It's finding out who or how that is the problem. Let us know if you find out.

Wheel nut torque
It's also in the manual. Pages 313 and 314.

Toyota Alphard 2006 u240e wiring diagram for ecu needed
I think @FrenchDJ could help you. Note, the transmission control is also done by the engine control ECU. Is it possible the wrong sensor was replaced? The input and output sensors are identical so this is quite possible. Regardless, try swapping input and output sensors. If the problem is in the sensor, then an output shaft sensor DTC should be flagged. e.g. P0722. If it doesn't the problem is in the wiring harness or contact corrosion perhaps. Pray it isn't in the ECM itself!

Speed sensor fault
I really doubt the brake problem is being caused by the chip. You can probably ignore it for the purposes of this problem. The ABS and brake system doesn't really care what's going on in your instrument cluster. If I were you I would disconnect the ABS ECU connector to eliminate that as the casue. The brakes should still work but if the problem reamins you have a purely hydraulic issue. Perhaps the process of replacing the brake fluid will clear out any problems?

Obd reader
A generic OBD reader that works is the Ancel JP700. Anything more than OBD codes and you need Techstream.

Here's the wiring diagram for the "combination meter": http://fsm.japanclassic.ru/toyota/2002.5_7a037_alphard_anh1,mnh1/x339/servinfo/x339i0307000263_base.html For more info on this please see:

Oxygen sensor
Agreed. It sounds broken to me. Mine is fixed solidly in place. Sounds like you've got an easy fix. Also surprised your van fails emissions without the Check Engine Light coming on.

Speed sensor fault
I think by brake light sensor you mean brake light switch. Do the brake lights illuminate when you press the brake pedal? If not then that's the highest priority to fix. But in any case, the brake light switch is not used for vehicle speed. The same switch will be used on multiple Toyotas so you can probably get the £15 one.

Orange engine light and speedo' not working
Yes, there's a sensor on all four wheels. Looks like this: https://repairpal.com/abs-wheel-speed-sensor

Mine is through safeguarduk.co.uk and was £419 at last renewal. Have not had to make any claims though which is the real test.

Android head units are popular but depends how much you want to spend really. Here's some options: https://incartec.co.uk/Toyota/Toyota-Alphard-AH-10/Stereo-Upgrade-Double-Din/Pioneer-Double-din/Toyota-Alphard-AH10-Standard-Sized-Radios Are you going to DIY? If not, maybe get a quote for fitting from these people: https://www.beavercaraudio.com/

Android head unit, factory reverse camera wiring
I don't think that's possible. The camera needs replacing with one that is compatible with the Android HUs.

ERISIN ES8112C Head Unit Notes
You mean a mechanical fitting kit? No, it doesn't and the original bracket cannot be screwed in unfortunately. It's a kind of interference fit! See my notes above. Electrically speaking I had to buy an additinal connector for the SWC, again notes above.

ERISIN ES8112C Head Unit Notes
Yes, that looks like the updated model. My rear camera is not the original. I think you'll have to replace the original to use it with this unit I think. This had already been done before I replaced the HU. Best seek advice from these people: https://audiotechdirect.com/ I don't have a rear drop down screen.

Speedo and odometer not working
I think vehicle speed comes from ABS rather than transmission which may explain why it's stopped working if the wheel speed sensor got damaged during coil change. Is the ABS warning light on?
-
ERISIN ES8112C Head Unit Notes
Yes, I'm quite happy with it. Good sound, sat nav, Bluetooth audio and DAB all work well. I can't comment on the FM radio since I don't use it much. My unit is Android 10 so getting on a bit now and can appear a bit sluggish compared to a smartphone but still runs all the apps I want. My advice is to get a unit with a later Android version if you can afford it.
