Rear Exhaust Silencer
Might be worth checking which ones it fits as there are other vehicles that might also have the same backbox. they tend to use the same exhaust for several vehicles. try looking at the heliux and see if that fits.

Emissions class
Best way is to take it to a dvla testing station and get them todo the emissions. (Make sure you take it for a long drive first to clear any grim from the system)...

it would leave metal bare and not really be safe. plus looks awful. someone took the skirting off and they said they kept cutting their shins.

P1346 management light on
The error code is "P1346 TOYOTA - Variable Valve Timing Sensor Bank 1 Range/Performance Problem" I would suggest checking the wiring make sure the plugs are working. "Variable Valve Timing (VVT) sensor (VVT signal) consist of a signal plate and pickup coil. The VVT signal plate has 1 tooth on its outer circumference and is mounted on the intake camshafts. When the camshafts rotate, the protrusion on the signal plate and the air gap on the pickup coil change, causing fluctuations in the magnetic field and generating an electromotive force in the pickup coil. The actual camshaft angle is detected by the VVT sensor and it provides feedback to the Engine Control Module (ECM) to control the intake valve timing in response to during condition Read more: https://www.autocodes.com/p1346_toyota.html#targetText=P1346%20Toyota%20Description,signal%20plate%20and%20pickup%20coil.&targetText=The%20actual%20camshaft%20angle%20is,in%20response%20to%20during%20condition." Have a read and if you have a multimeter check the ohms/resistence to make sure its the same as the others inputs.

Alphard 2007 where is my disc changer?
disk changer if you have one is above the glove box in the top compartment. Changing the head unit can be an issue it's best to find one you like and buy a loom to convert the leads. Most people go for xtron's, pumpkin, pinoeer. found one but check as there are many options too many to list. https://www.incarmusic.co.uk/6-2-hd-touch-screen-bluetooth-satnav-car-dvd-player-usb-aux-stereo-for-toyota.html

Carbon build up hard seen at my engine cap
That's normal mine does the same. If it aint broke dont fix hit. However I change the oil every 6 months with decent brand oil and every 8 - 10 fill ups but a full tank of premium fuel in. If you are worried use lucas fuel cleaner. Ran that in my estima and done wonders for it.

There are two pop pins either side in the footwells then one may e to screws in the flap below the cup holder and I think I underneath the cover for the ash tray so you have to remove the panel above locaked near the gear knob and the radio etc.
