Some masking of the k of Km/h or very difficult to detect. Mine is. But it has been done. The facia has been replaced well, but not to Toyota OEM standard. You can easily measure your odometer on motorways; just count the roadside assistance mileage posts.

Could be the electric fan, that problem has also been covered in the forum quite recently. I do not think running when the reservoir is almost on minimum is very wise.

Hello Anthony, I can only speak of the earlier model, Gen 1, pre 2008. The seven seater and eight seater sit on different rails. The seven uses 4 rails, the eight seater uses five. Of course, this may not be true for the later models, so you need to check carefully.
