These hud units won't work have tried myself it's like how most odb2 readers don't work with alphards it's because they don't have the protocols to read the ecu .

Yes it has keyless when you press black button car opens when you walk away it automatically locks only if you got the smart key

This is the key fob you should have its also a smart key for keyless entry the bottom button near key ring is the tailgate button

Mine has powered tailgate I can open and close with the remote same button on remote opens and closes tailgate.

I would get the speedo chip checked behind the speedo sounds like it's a bad connection some fitters use connectors on the wires when really they are supposed to be soldered .
