  1. Could try this some users reported that this works. Autophix reader
  2. Sounds like the micro button is stuck. press and wiggle to try and free it. The auto close on the fob is normal for the windows. (it does the rear windows also).
  3. Worth bunging in a full tank of premium and going on a nice long road trip. I did that and noticed my fuel consumption went up. since then i put a full tank of premium in every 20 -30 fill ups.
  4. speak to northstar camper conversions on the isle of wight they can give you which ones you need.
  5. full service? Did you put a full tank of premium fuel in instead of standard? Are you town driving? I get around town between 15 - 20 mpg depending on how i drive. on motorways i get between 20 - 30 mpg.
  6. Good to hear it. less vehicles on the road with faulty airbags that the small metal tank which inflates the airbag could explode.
  7. Some people use Thule roof bars, or a tow bar rack. I'd recommend using a tow bar rack if you've got one.
  8. speak to northstar conversions. they do conversions and may be able to make seat covers for you.
  9. it should be on your drivers door. set to max load value.
  10. Welcome. Hope you find some answer and useful information here.
  11. for our 3L our emissions is fast idle 0.10% vol, HC is 19PPM Lambda 1.00 idle test is 0.04% co2 hope that helps the hybrid will be 0 while running on battery but around the same as the 3L when on engine run.
  12. is it a hybrid? the only true way is to take it into a mot centre and get them to run an emissions test for you.
  13. There are a few in english for sale on amazon or ebay. AMAZON
  14. Tom, this is the same for everyone. we've been on the waiting list for two years. Might be worth checking your brake servo. as on the 2002 models there is a recall for them and they have them in stock. we had ours done 6 months ago.
  15. its between the front seats in the middle column. have a look there.
  16. depends on your budget. there will be some out there but the leather is for executive models only generally unless it's been added as a optional extra. (correct me if im wrong someone). When we was looking two years ago there were two models for our v6 one was leather the other was normal. we choose normal as the leather one would of cost an extra 3 grand.
  17. Honestly. It's normal. Depending on the Alphy you want depends on how much work is involved. We had one which didn't need any work besides a full service (which we did ourselves) Algys normally provide full paper work including any remedial works that are needed. Ask them for copies of the auction status of the vehicles i'm sure they will be happy to help.
  18. Have you tried Toyota directly? they seem to be pretty good here in Bristol.
  19. Ben Hau has been used by many Alpharders i use him for the niche parts i cant find. He's always done a great job. Others who've used him have been very impressed as he goes above and beyond. i'll pm you a link for reviews.
  20. ah that's where it becomes sticky. I use elm327 with Torque on android then input a advanced variable for the 3L but don't know the advanced variable for the hybrid i'm afriad. I setup a bristol garage with a very expensive bit of kit which does it all see if i can find the variable and get back to you.
  21. there are a few on the isle of wight. Northstar conversions do a wide range. have a look on facebook as there are many conversions there.
  22. contact Ben Hau https://www.facebook.com/benjamanhau
  23. not personally. however someone on here might of.
  24. okay so the bulb can be removed two ways. first is from inside the boot. Remove the boot liner at the top and try to unplug and remove. (i tried that first and ended up breaking the bulb. as it's a tight fit. second is to go on top the boot outside and pop the cover off undo the two nuts under it then on the outside top put a smudger or flat screwdriver in and feel for the locking plastic in place and push the end of the screwdriver (handle) up so the other end pushes down then the unit will come free but might need a little push from where the nuts, bolts are.
  25. I've just gone down and setup a code reader tool for them which reads all alphard codes, its a really impressive tool. It can rewrite ecu's, re program keys, and does alot with terms of alphards compared to the other tools on the market.
