your engine only takes 5 litres you need to ask garage how many liters they put in i recon they put at least 6 litres or even more which seems a very silly thing for your garage to do fingers crossed your ok did your engine smoke by any chance as this would be a sign of burning oil

peter have you just had this serviced by a garage only asking because you say you will be reimbursed

Peter do not run it with that amount of oil in it as it will push pass the piston rings and damage other parts of the engine in time

graham polish the head lamps there is lots of products out there that work

Phil cheaper and quicker to replace the 2 front arms you could just replace the bushes but garage would need to take arms off then press old bush out new one in then put back on replacing the arms means you be getting both bushes done as there are 2 bushes on each arm

Hello henry i think you been lucky to find some one willing to rebuild your gear box to be honest I don't know what a fair price is to rebuild it I personally pay it as you will struggle to find a gear box for it.

Hello Gordon might be a daft question I do know on the 2.4 hybrid they have what’s called a fuseable link I don’t know if they have one on the normal 2.4 only saying this because a friend of mine had the hybrid and when he had the fuse go he had no electrics if you pm me your reg no. welcome Paul you should never turn steering full lock left and right when bleeding the system this should be done front wheels off the ground from 10 o'clock to 2pm back and forwards never full lock as this will over pressurize the system and damage seals . regarding notching this could be down to the pinion bar not engaging teeth in the rack bar down to wear this can sometimes be adjusted to take the slack out there is a adjustment nut below the steering pinion this is what they do when they refurbish the racks. it maybe time for a new rack

hi the oe no. for your battery is 2880028021 and im sorry to say they are £350 even if you put no. into ebay yours does not have the heat sensor my advice do not put a cheap battery on as the hybrid needs the good oe battery. have replied to your private message.

Hello may depending on the year the original battery has a heat sensor built in so you can not really put a normal battery in as the sensor is connected to the hybrid system the original battery's from Toyota are Panasonic and still are even if you by from Toyota pm me your reg no. or vin no. and i can confirm for you which is correct battery for you .

Hi Charlie that’s not a injector connector it’s a coil pack connector

Your going to struggle as the connectors are part of the wire loom and you need to purchase the complete section of loom

Also get your alternator checked if battery not charging correctly
